Superhero and POP Art - Curated by World Reknown Lego Artist Nathan Sawaya

The POP Show was very cool, I ended up having my own showroom, as well as the window! One of the pieces sold at the show, Superman vs Batman, and the Spider-Man & Daredevil pieces sold about 6 months later via EBAY, go figure! The Batman has sold a year later, and the large Superman and Hulk / Iron Man piece are both still available.

Shout out to Mr. Michael J Wolf for the opportunity, and Mr. Pete Tillack for the recommendation!

Concurrent with San Diego Comic Con 2014, the art gallery Michael J. Wolf Fine Arts presents POP! The Art of the Geek, a group exhibition guest curated by contemporary artist Nathan Sawaya (www.brickartist.com). POP! The Art of the Geek features various contemporary artists aiming to explore the narrative of identity within the pop-culture spectrum while decoding the origins of comic book influence. Ten percent of all sales are to be donated to the Art Revolution Foundation (www.ArtRevolution.org).
